• Use of online event management system.
• 1 in person [up to 2 hours] at the venue to go over details, layout and plans.

Beginning at 4 months out from the wedding date above:

• Final walk through (up to 2 hours) In person consult to go over all final details and meet with any vendors.
• Organization of vendors, décor & details.
• Development of a detailed wedding timeline and floor plan.
• Follow up emails/calls to all contracted vendors 1 month and leading up to the wedding day
• Rehearsal Supervision
• On-site coordination and supervision at the ceremony site and during the reception for up to 12 hours. 
• Assist with setup with vendors and putting out as much personal items as possible.
